Summary | 0002633: Riot starships modules are not auto-built correctly
Description | The modules are not autobuild correctly. For example, I start out by building a forcefield, among other offensive modules. If the forcefield is destroyed, then it just fills it with another offensive module instead of the forcefield. This really decreases utility of the riots without micro in manually rebuilding modules.

IIRC, modules on ships are re-queued if they get destroyed so you don't need to set up repeat builds for modules. At least that's how it works with Spire city defense platforms and Spire ships. If you've got a repeat queue set up (or more modules than slots) it's probably running out of module space until the shield is popped, then starting construction on the next module that's valid for that spot since it's already in the queue. The shield should appear back in the queue when it gets destroyed and assuming nothing else is there, re-building. |

Didnt actually know that. I always have been building my Riot ships from a seperate dock in order to queue their modules. Saves me some micro, thanks :) |
