I see where you're coming from, and I was tempted -- normally I'd agree, I think. But in this case, the reason for the tachyon beams on the astro trains is to muck with scouts. So increasing it further would just REALLY make scouting unaccountably tough in a manner that astro trains aren't meant to. |
