It's not intended yet -- essentially, we will be having a necromancer empire and a necromancer helper. As the helper, it should not be able to do that. As an empire, later, it should. |

So the fact it can build human stuff is more like a placeholder for the future necromancer empire's buildings? |

This is just a bug right now. The necromancer should never be able to build command stations, they build a Necropolis instead. Chris may want to move the "Build necropolis" things from the Hack menu to the build menu eventually though. |

I believe this problem will be solved by Chris' impending work for the Necromancer Empire |

It would make much more sense to have the build in the build tab. Probably it will require some slight modifications in the UI to add the cost in essence instead of metal |
