From the patch notes: "Officer fleets and spire fleets will now "Roam if Instructed" in new savegames, which is the more-expected behavior. You can still toggle it either way." However, my Spire ships don't Roam If Instructed by default | ||||

Yes, they all start with "Stay put unless direct order". It should be changed to "Roam if instructed" to be the default, because that's the behaviour one uses most of the time. |
