DescriptionI just finished a game against two random AIs and had to check my achievements to figure out what the heck I'd been playing against. Turns out one of them was a Wormhole Master; I saw exactly one wormhole invasion in a 5 hour game, and it was right as I was about to assault the second AI HW so I just paid some HaP to close it. This is probably because I stayed under 215 AIP for most of the game.

Wormhole Master should probably be more reliably impactful. I know wormhole invasions have been nerfed heavily as many players find them frustrating, but if you're fighting a Wormhole Master, you're asking for it.

From discussion with Strategic Sage, Metrekec, Evil BIstro, and CRCGamer, we had the following ideas:
* wormhole master ignores or dramatically reduces the AIP threshold for invasions
* wormhole master does invasions more often (every hour instead of every 2 hours?)
* wormhole master costs more HaP to close wormholes

The third of those is probably overkill if the first two are implemented; if you get them every hour for most of the game, you can't afford to close them all.

I think they should be left as is on Humanity Ascendant, and made more painful on Expert/Deathwish

That seems like kind of a weird way to gate it; all the other campaign type stuff I've seen so far has been 'you are forced into more difficult lobby settings'. So if this AI type is too easy, then lock it out entirely on Expert/Deathwish, or buff it until it is impactful enough to be included.

I assume wormhole invasions already scale with AI Difficulty settings, so I would think the cleanest solution would be divide the invasion interval and AIP threshold by 2 for wormhole masters.
