| Description | I changed it from an Inhibitor to a Drainer using hacking, and now the tech-upgrade tooltip still mentions the Inhibitor but with a count of '???'. I haven't gotten the second Citadel yet, but that is correctly displayed in the capturable section of the tooltip. | ||||
