The transformations are in DLC2 so it's normal they aren't here. The UI does get confusing as it stand. |

My first thought was that the button should just be disabled if there's nothing I can do there. But maybe it could be more informative, for example button text "No transformations currently available. Click for more details." And then on the choose popup: "Our commanders have heard rumours that the zenith (unlocked by Zenith Onslaught DLC) had ways to make their golems even more devastating." or "[Flavour text] (enabled by [X] mod) allows for [some info about what it does?]." or "Capturing [some structure] will open more transformation options." or "This transformation requires [Tech name / level]." Telling people how they can enhance what they're doing right now seems like a good form of marketing! Especially if it's possible they wouldn't otherwise know. |

Marked as fixed in current version, but i made no changes other than observing it is fixed. As of current version, with no dlc on an a black widow under my control: 1.tooltip does not show the transformation hack, 2. its fleet details window does not show the transform option, 3. the hacks at planet panel does not show the transformation hack Therefore: Resolved. |
