This is 120 strength and 1800 ships. Also, you have a number of ship lines and have 17K science, so you can definitely be mch stronger. I think if you weren't out of metal you'd be fine after you spend your metal. As is it will be a challenge, but this isn't any sort of bug from what I can tell. |

I am not disagreeing with you but why is it classed as a neutral world - I have a command station up? (Just want to understand the mechanics or what I am getting wrong) |
