Summary	0024404: Suggestion - Potential uses of HaP on Spire
Description	As HaP is becoming a primary currency, more ways to spend it mean more choices. 1) Spend a large number of HaP to add an additional socket to a spire city. Probably more expensive for the higher mark cities and capital, but then it would make investing early a clear winning choice. May not be a great idea. 2) Spend a moderate amount of HaP to delay or reduce the response waves upon capturing a relic. To be spent prior to grabbing the relic. Possibly also setting up a more expensive "stealth search" option for hunting down a relic. 3) Possible use of HaP to reduce or delay exowave and galactic war unit responses?
