Description | As per your statement to stick it on Mantis to be done during the 3 week free period. Watchman frigates at the moment pretty much are just fast and nothing else. Giving them resistance against enemies new to the planet would actually complement their speed at being first responders to attacks on the system they are defending. | ||||

Let me see if I have this right: Add Defense Bonus: If target has been on this planet for < x seconds, this ship receives x 0.25 (more or less, but less than x1) damage from the target. |

Basically similar to what the vanguard has but with the qualification being based on the attacker's time at planet rather than the Watchman Frigate's time at planet would be the simplest example. Thus something along the lines of: <incoming_damage_modifier based_on="TargetTimeAtPlanet" comparison_type="LessThan" compared_to="12" multiplier="0.25" /> |
