| Description | Haven't seen them for maybe six, seven hours. They're enabled at intensity 5. The AI still builds new stations. Not seeing any depots, though. The version listed is, alas, a guess - the real version is whichever one that was Steam's most_recent_stable as of Oct 16th, GMT. Here's a save made under that version, it may tell you more. | ||||

I did a quick run of Time is Running out with a level 5 AI to test it. The Depot appeared around 45 minutes and a train a little after an hour. My game already updated to 2.717 |
