|Summary||0023231: Upgrading outguards via techs actually nerfs them|
|Description||Credit to Magedrifter on the discord for finding this bug and providing the save.|
When summoning the outguard Sabre Company at mark 1, they spawn 666 pulsar tanks at strength 47. However, when upgraded via fusion tech to mark 4, they spawn 300 pulsar tanks at strength 22. This punishes the player for upgrading tech relevant to sabre company. So far, only Sabre Company has been tested.
to replicate: simply spawn outguard sabre company at any ai planet without leveling up fusion tech. reload save upgrade fusion tech to 3, spawn outguard and see the dramatic difference in power.

||Important addendum: recent discovery, it seems like all non player unit's health no longer scales with mark. this means that a mark 7 ai ship has the same health as a mark 1 ship.|
I just checked my own game and you're right. AI ships don't have any health increase at higher mark levels any more.
Wow, that would explain why things felt a bit easier than usual.
