Summary	0023074: Some Outguard groups don't send all of their listed ship types
Description	Outguard like Arnauld de Cervole and Xenophon only ever show up with their flagship and one of their ship types (chosen randomly as far as I can tell). Automated Fire-support does show up with both of their ship types.
