Summary0022269: Metal flow number doesn't not add up
DescriptionI've found something strange with metal flow numbers and tooltip, so I decided to try it on a fresh start game

In flow1, total metal flow is 50 off; the number of "spending flow" (16) is right, but the reported total is off
at the same time, tooltip shows another outflow value (flow2)

After a while all units stop constructing but flow keep showing something (flow 3) - in this case it's exactly twice the previous flow (flow 1, 2)

When in idle state (no constructions undergoing) sometimes flow appears next to current metal flow, sometimes not (still not found a rule for that)
And it doesn't add up (flow 4): 3535 but real one is 3540 (correctly shown in detail window) = 5x60 (metal harvester) + 2x520 (human settlement) + 2200 (home command station)

I was able to reproduce this behavior on any freshly started game

also, when starving, time shown seems very off; I've lot of units to build and for sure in 1 second they are not completed.
is the percentage showing that I can build at 36% of max speed or am I penalized by 36% (so speed is insted 64%)

further note: time appears "strange" (1 s) if I'm building lot of small ships, but seems to be a lot more realistic (>10 min) if I'm building something bigger, like an ark.
