| Description | After playing for a while and reloading my latest save I found after clearing a new system I could no longer build Command Stations in the newly conquered systems. I also tried demolishing one of my current stations and couldn't rebuild it. Save game attached. | ||||

You need a flagship that isn't crippled at a planet to construct a new base. It looks like your flagships are all flying around crippled for some reason. Loaded up save, repaired flagship, and constructed was possible as intended. So not a bug. |
