Descriptionprotocol 32: on destruction of Home planet command station, send all units near home planet to send Cross Planet Annihilation to retake AI lost home planet for arrival of replacement AI central processing recolonization from construction.

protocol 3: on vulnerability of Home planet command station, send signal for all available guardians to group up and assault enemy AI home command station on destruction

protocol 1: on destruction of Home planet command station, Release all units within 3 hops away from enemy AI home command station for final assault on home command station

protocol 33: on failure in assaulting enemy AI home command station, group inner planets units on bordering planets on Enemy controlled planets all reinforcements are moved to outer borders assault when conflict found

protocol 62: on destruction of enemy AI home command station, defend home planet command station with all nearby units

protocol 2: on destruction of planets 1 hop away from AI home command station, Halt all reinforcements for preparation in reinforcing AI home command station with Core guardians

p 32: send units to ai lost home planet

p 3: all guardians group up and defends last ai home planet

p 1: all units withing 3 hops away defend final ai command station

p 33: all planets units remaining go to bordering planets and idle until human player fleet / minor faction found then attack when necessary.

p 62: defend own ai command station

p 2: use all available reinforcement points in creation of new guardians

AI 1 has plot AI 2 doesn't: when u destroy AI 2 AI 1 decide that AI2 will retaliate and it defends home world from AI attack remember this pre war and ai it self cant do this (sub commanders). but since they are working as team it now defending it own home world against you.

if u destroy AI 1: it first release all units next to AI 2 home planet and defends it. AI 1 also when it vulnerable it then sends all it guardians from planets to defend AI 2.

Idea of it is AI start to actively defend other AI more or self.
Edit:
Since sub commanders don't know what going on, when an huge event occurs they then now know what going on with other planet in galaxy and thus are warned. and act accordingly based on what was programed pre war for such an event
