Okay, so this is actually working correctly. Killing an AI Reconquest Command station when you didn't kill the original command station or do anything else to already get the AIP should charge you the AIP and allow you to explore. That said, it's not actually charging you the AIP correctly and the tooltip doesn't explain what's going on. But the scouting behaviour is to be expected. I have a fix for this in my sandbox, which will get pushed once I've fixed some other problems |
