| Description | Background/Problem: 1) Tech vaults are great, but their excitement factor correlates with the ships you have unlocked and since TV's can be of the same kind (e.g. 3 can be disruptive) they won't always be relevant 2) The only way to mark up is grinding for Exp, which can stall in the late game since you will need to use multiple flagships and thus suffer a exp penalty. Proposal: Alternate hack to TVs to let player mark up the hacking flagship. 1) I would like to be able to mark up non-combat flagships (battle stations and combat factories, namely) in addition to offensive fleets 2) Exp granted should award the amount to naturally increase up by a mark. So let's say I have a mark 2 flagship with 2,000 exp on it at the time the hack finishes. It should award 12,000 Exp (the total exp to go from mark 2 to 3) to the flagship. So I would then have a mark 3 ship with 2,000 exp 3) Hacking response could have a multiplier based on the mark of the flagship. This makes it way easier to do on a mark 2 ship compared to a mark 6 ship | ||||

The tech vaults now allow for a variety of techs, rather than just one, so they're way more exciting now! |
