|Summary||0021353: Ability to hack Global Command Augmenters (two methods).|
|Description||Badger, if you don't have time then feel free to throw it back to me and I'll get it next week. I ran out of time for the actual hack of this, though. And given this is based on whether or not you've paid the AIP for the planet, this is a bit out of my natural area for the moment.|
There would be two different hacks for this one:
1. If this is on a planet for which you have not paid the AIP (aka the AI owns it or a minor faction destroyed the AI command station)... 120 hacking points? It should be pretty pricey. It should then call the new HackAndDestroyGlobalCommandAugmenter() method that I created, which should mean (if I did it right) that you get to keep the ships forever but the unit itself also disappears (and it should NOT charge you AIP, again if I did it right).
2. If this is on a planet for which you have already paid the AIP toll, then it should be vastly cheaper. ... 40 hacking points? Or maybe even lower, like 30? It should then do all the other stuff identically to the first approach; only the costs differ, and only one should be appearing as an option at a time for players for a given GCA.

* Adds the hack for GCA's. It costs 120 hacking points if someone else took the planet, but you didn't get any AIP for it (Or if the AI still owns it), but only 30 otherwise. Both values are XML configurable.
** Values probably need some balancing done, but I'm not good with that, so Help Wanted there
** Added an XML value for when you want a secondary hacking cost (In this case, it is named for if you owe AIP. I'm not really creative, and only this and the other new capturable are going to use these at the moment). If not defined, defaults to 0.
