| Description | This hack would cost something like 2 hacking points for a mark 1 planet, and an additional 5 per mark level above that, and would make it so that the ranges on all the turrets on that planet would be quartered, and their raw damage would be halved. This way if there is a planet with just a ton of turrets on it with huge ranges, you can hack them to make them a lot less effective. This solves some problems where you run into planets where the turrets are just way overpowered (thanks to AnnoyingOrange for reporting), and also gives you yet another thing vying for your hacking points. | ||||

* Added a new hack, which is tested and does work: Weaken AI Turrets ** Hacking into the local AI network will reduce the range of AI turrets to 25% of their normal values, and their damage output to 50% of normal. Only works on planets of mark 6 or lower. ** Costs 1 hacking point at mark level 1, plus 5 for each mark level of the planet above that. |
