| Description | I fought a huge battle at a border world to my home planet, i was late, so my command center went down, after fighting with my arks, which were destroyed and rebuilt (at a nearby planet) a few times, I regained control of the planet. I was hoping that when I rebuilt my command, that i'd be able to use the salvagable metal to get my metal reserves up, but when I finally rebuilt my command, I saw that there was very little metal in the system. I sat there for a minute, trying to figure out why that battle didn't give me any metal -> Incoming Reprisal Wave (Game-ending amount of ships) in 5 mins. Oh. I see... (A Reconquest station was never built, it's plausible (but unlikely) that an usurper arrived, but did not activate, as reconquest stations have to be manually shot down) | ||||

At the moment, you don't get any salvage if you don't control the planet. And the AI gets bonus salvage for crippling your Flagships if its on a neutral planet. I think this is currently working as coded. |

Alright then, I swear it wasn't working like this last patch (i knew about the huge salvage for crippling, but I didnt seem to get punished in neutrals). But if it's intended, I'm happy to have this marked as resolved. |
