It would be nice for the Marauders to have some unique ships. At the moment I imagine the following:
The Marauder invasion force consists of Guardian style units (plus maybe one unique marauder-type fleetship).
The Outposts will build drone human fleetships
High Tier Outposts will build Raider-class Large Starships to go attacking.

So we would need a few invasion-worthy guardian models (maybe 3?), plus an optional new fleetship unique to the maruaders. Then we could let the player hack a Tier 3 outpost to get that fleetship design.

We do need a model for the Raider, but if you want to get a second model we could let the Marauders build 2 large-scary-attacking ships.

Note that everything discussed here are "Nice to have, don't worry about it until well into EA"
