Implementations: on death effect in all cases:

1) Attack boost that drains by a fixed speed per second.
2) Applies to all allied ships on planet when dies (big AI weapon, and a player capturable thing).
3) Applies to ships of only its type on planet when it dies.
4) Or applies to all ships within X radius when it dies.
