Summary0009862: Neinzul Roaming Enclave's make Warp Jammer's Obsolete!
DescriptionIn the game I am currently playing with my friend I saved the Neinzul from the Ravenous Shadow in a nebula scenario. Some of those Neinzul managed to make it in to some systems which have warp jammers in them. So now while the AI is not alerted due to the warp jammer station they are getting alerted due to the Neinzul that keep flowing out of that sector. It keeps getting attacked now. In other words if they are going to be on alert anyway you might as well save the resources and research on the Warp Jammer and just put up a military station.

To be perfectly honest I am not sure what a good fix would be here. My best ides is to have turn the Warp Jammer station in to a cap. Basically it mean no non-enclave ships beyond that point. That way they can get in to that sector although that could lead to a massive buildup of those Neinzul ships. So again I am not sure how best to solve this but it is annoying.

I would just set it so the friendly Neinzuls rally to things on a priority, depending on which player systems border systems with warp gates.

Priority something like Homeworld > Mil 3 > 2 > 1 > Logi > Econ, etc.
