Summary	0009609: Add an option to zoom to screen center instead of zooming to mouse cursor.
Description	As someone who plays a lot of Starcraft II, Dota 2, and stuff like that, I'd really appreciate a zoom option that works the way it does in those games. It's what I'm used to.
