| Description | While playing the Noisy Neighbors quickstart, the Vanguard AI has been sending reconquest waves against systems it lost to the wild hives, but they do not have Usurpers in them to take the system back. At first, I thought this was because I had not reached the AIP threshold for unlocking reconquest waves. Now that several reconquest waves have been launched after reaching the threshold and there are still no Usurpers, there is clearly a problem. | ||||
