Summary0019526: Taking damage warnings are annoyingly frequent.
DescriptionBasically, if I'm being attacked on world A, I want to know. But I don't need to keep being reminded. It shouldn't tell me about this again until there are no longer any at-odds factions at the planet, and then if reset a "ok, you can warn me again if hostilities resume" issue.

I think rather than setting off such warnings in GameEntity.cs, we should set it off in the External code, so we can track things like "Okay, there's a fight happening on Murdoch. It's still been happening for a while though, so no need to remind the player. But there is a new fight breaking out on Old Murdoch, so alert for that"
